On top of San Jacinto. Note the ice-covered trees in the backbround. A view of San Jacinto peak from below as we descended into much warmer climes... |
Track us and check out our updates as we begin our hike on the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). On top of working towards the goal of completing the 2,650 mile trail, we also hope to raise that same amount in dollars for the West Virginia Highlands Conservancy. Check out our related links and our dedicated page through the Highlands Conservancy for more information and to donate.

Beautiful - love the pics!!!
ReplyDeleteI hiked in this same area as kid and while in college - it is so beautiful and nice to see it again in your pics. Happy Trails... right about now you should be entering the area that inspired Roy Rogers to sing that song so many years ago. Where were you for your 1st Anniversary? Loving the blog! Mr. Kim says hello and sends some virtual kimchee to keep you warm on those cool nights and days. Most everyone at USACE is following along. Thanks for letting us enjoy it with you!
